•    Order and Transaction Data: Details regarding your wine orders, payment status, product preferences (including participation in our Insider's Access program), and LCBO fulfillment information.

•    Website Usage Data: Information regarding your browsing behavior, and interest in specific offers (used for marketing refinement).
•    Affiliate Data: Information provided by our European supply partner, Cascata Fine Wine ApS, or other third-party suppliers, strictly necessary for order fulfillment and logistics.

•    To process your wine order requests, confirm allocations, generate invoices, and submit necessary documentation to the LCBO and government regulators (AGCO) for legal compliance and importation.
•    To coordinate and schedule the delivery of your wine, ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., age verification and delivery to a non-intoxicated individual).
•    To send personalized offers, updates, weekly deals, and targeted marketing communications related to products and services.
•    To manage and deepen relationships with clients and producers, track preferences, and refine our service offerings.

We will not sell your personal information. We disclose your information only as required to fulfill our services and meet legal obligations:

•    Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO): Disclosure is mandatory for all sales and relates to order submission, pricing approval, and final fulfillment.
•    Delivery Providers: Sharing your name, address, and contact information with our scheduled delivery drivers or third-party courier services to complete the delivery of your order.
•    Suppliers and Brokers: Limited disclosure to our international suppliers, including Cascata Fine Wine ApS (Denmark), necessary for reserving allocations, product sourcing, and coordinating export documentation.
•    Legal Requirements: Disclosure as required by law, such as in response to a court order or government inquiry (e.g., AGCO or Canada Revenue Agency).
